Daigo Fushima
After graduating from the Faculty of Commerce at Chuo University, he joined a major manufacturer, where he handled financial closing and tax filing work and led projects including intra-group restructuring, the closure of overseas branches, establishment of local subsidiaries, and corporate acquisitions.
In September 2018, he joined Deloitte Tohmatsu Tax Co. As a manager, he focused on due diligence and structuring work for domestic and cross-border acquisitions. His engagements included the acquisition of a construction-equipment manufacturer by a domestic private equity fund and trading company, a major telecom company taking a mobile carrier as a wholly owned subsidiary, and a major chemical manufacturer’s acquisition of a listed industry peer. He also served as tax advisor to listed chemical and manufacturing companies.
In April 2022 he founded Otemachi Consulting Co., Ltd., and in May 2022 Otemachi Tax Corporation, providing M&A advisory and financial-closing acceleration support for mid-sized and small-to-medium enterprises.
Kazuo Yamamoto
After graduating from university, he joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, where he engaged in financial audits and IPO support.
He was later seconded to Deloitte Tohmatsu Tax Co., where he handled due diligence and structuring work for corporate acquisitions.
In 2022 he co-founded Otemachi Consulting Co., Ltd. and Otemachi Tax Corporation. There, drawing on his extensive experience and expertise, he provides wide-ranging support spanning acquisition due diligence, financial closing and disclosure support for listed companies, and IPO assistance.
Jungen Lee
After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from Portland State University (USA), he joined Deloitte Tohmatsu Tax Co., and following roughly 15 years there, joined Otemachi Tax Corporation in January 2026.
At Deloitte, as a senior manager, he focused on due diligence, structuring, and share-purchase-agreement review for domestic and cross-border acquisitions. He has extensive experience providing domestic and international tax services to clients across a broad range of industries, including domestic and overseas private equity funds, trading companies, and foreign-affiliated firms.

Yumi Suzuki
After graduating from university, she engaged in consulting work at Deloitte Tohmatsu Tax Co., including corporate tax filings, general tax consultation, tax due diligence, reorganizations, and support for adopting the group aggregation system. She handled a wide range of tax topics such as company formation, dissolution and liquidation, consolidated taxation, the group aggregation system, the foreign-subsidiary income inclusion regime, foreign tax credits, tax treaties, and Japan branches of foreign corporations. She has a broad experience in preparation of tax filings across various industries, including entertainment, food service, holding companies, money lending, leasing, and shipping.
She serves as tax advisor to Japanese subsidiaries and Japan branches of foreign-affiliated companies at Otemachi Tax Corporation.
